So, have an emergency trip come up and went to check in today and there is no PreCheck on my boarding pass. Went to look at my Alaska account and my KTN was blank. Strange because it was there a couple months back. Added KTN from my TWIC back to the account but I am still not getting the TSA PreCheck symbol on my boarding pass. Is there anything I can do about this? I know you are supposed to be able to show TWIC (I have Nexus too) and get access to PreCheck lines but my confidence in the airport TSA folks is not high.
