Update - received a reply from Marriott asking me to verify myself. Be prepared to share detailed information about yourself including uploading a redacted ID before they respond to your request. I filled it out and am waiting to see if I get a different response than I did last time.

7. Redacted Government-Issued ID Please also provide a scanned copy of a government-issued ID (I.e. passport or driver's license) with the identification numbers redacted or blacked out.
