Hello all, any help with below question please

i believe the Qatar 777-300 with 4 cabin classes inc first class cabin also has a premium economy cabin
i think these were previously Cathay planes.

Can Oneworld Sapphire members chose seats with Qatar 777 4 cabin class in the premium economy cabin free of charge ?

Also can Sapphire members select seats on A380 upstairs free is seats are available.

Any help from regular flyers with Qatar would be much appreciated.
