First time on this aircraft this week TPA-ORD. Beautiful interior and nice seats. No upgrade for me, but had E+ with empty middle, so no complaints. A little disappointed that no Channel 9/From the Flightdeck on the IFE, but the biggest/strangest problem we had was a very loud, incessant "whining" sound from the engines during our LONG (20+ minute) taxi at ORD.
At first I thought it was just me, but then multiple other passengers started complaining about it - it was so strange - really intense and was giving people headaches.
Anyone else experienced this? I've flown dozens of times on AA A321s and never had this issue.
