In desperate need of wisdom of this forum... Have an ATL-ICN flight coming up next Monday in Premium Select. No emails yet about pre-select meals. The link in the app stays broken - "Entrees Failed to Save: We are unable to save your request right now. Please try again later." Reached out to a Delta agent via iMessage today who insisted "only 1 meal can be selected, and you can select once only." After 25 minutes, nowhere in the world can I verify that our meals have been pre-selected except the agent's verbal confirmation.
Is this what we should expect? (1) meals can't be changed after pre-selected, and (2) only 1 of the 2 meals on the 16-hour flight may be pre-selected? If we can manage to find access to the pre-selection.
Any input will be greatly appreciated...
(1) You should be able to change your selection. Also, if something is broken/hard to access (e.g., the meal on a second flight), I've supposedly been able to select a meal over the phone via the DM line (I will see if that worked shortly...). EDIT: phone agent meal select worked fine.
(2) In D1 you only select the "main" meal, not the arrival meal.
