For fast track I believe there's only two fast tracks in T3, one is the regular fast track that BA and other airlines use. The other is the VS Upper Class wing which as far as I know is the one you're supposed to use.
I don't see the appeal of the upper class wing as it dumps you into the duty free shop and not direct into the lounge like the BA equivalent in T5.
