For ae redemption seats for non-AC flights they usually include a checked bag. For AC metal, fortunately we have ae CCs that provide one checked bag.

For revenue tickets, AC code-shared (e.g. AC 6549, YYZ-TPE) but operated by EVA (BR35), there doesn't seem to be definitive answer whether it's one checked bag of two, and may be at the whim of the check in agent.
