it looks like my options for destinations are limited for codeshare flights with BA on MH- no HKT which is my usual destination in October for a few days and only BKK (not an issue in June for me)
Only BA-coded flights will earn a bonus. Also note that the flights you mentioned can usually be only booked as part of a longer itinerary (as connecting flights to/from other BA coded flights).
