I just read through this thread and there are a lot of negative comments about the beach at the Regent PQC. I have been there 3 times in the past year for 5-8 night stays and found one piece of plastic on my first stay (Jan 2024) which I brought to shore and put in thrash can. I was also there in Nov 2024 and Jan 2025 and saw zero garbage even though I swam in the ocean every day.

On the other hand, I’ve been to JW Marriott PQC on the other side of the island and the first time I was there (several years ago), the garbage was awful. There were 2-3 people walking up and down the beach all day long picking up trash. The second time I was there (about 2 yrs ago), it seemed better.

No idea if time of year or currents play a role in this.
