Thanks for this post. I hadn't realised it had two grades of lounge. Similar to IC Bali Jimbaran, where I understand the Lounge Pass eventually allowed entry to the Club rather than Singrajah.
Alerted I checked and got the reply below. Balcony Lounge only - so I cancelled a 4 night reservation.

The Balcony Lounge isn't anything special, but the hotel is still solid. I personally believe it's the best value within the IHG group of hotels in Taipei. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is great with an extensive selection of items. There's a nice gym and sauna facility. The location is decent, but a bit far from the metro station.
