I booked a BA holiday with a friend to Hong Kong after the tier point changes were announced, I was registered with the bonus points offer prior to booking, my friend wasn’t. If they enroll now would they be eligible?

The BA website appears to have had the T+Cs update and in the section relevant to this states ‘if you've already made a booking since 30 December but weren't registered, you can register now and you'll receive the bonus Tier Points.’
