I just rang the number on the back of the card. There was a lot of typing, putting me on hold, etc., and then finally the chap said they would post me a cheque as it was easier on their end than making a transfer to a UK bank account. I said ok, and the cheque arrived in the post about a week later. I thought it was a bit odd at the time, but didn't think about it again until I saw this thread.
