Sean Doyle seems to be much smarter than Colm. You would probably expect the CEO of BA to have said something by now on the changes but as far I’m aware there hasn’t been a single public comment defending the new scheme from Sean. In contrast, Colm is very publicly associated with these changes now and if it all goes very wrong, there is now someone to fire that’s not Sean.
