Avianca Lifemiles TK Redemption Ticket - Unable to add contact details
Hi,
I hope someone can help me find a solution to this. I have referred to earlier similar postings, but they did not have have this issue.
I made 2 redemptions for Turkish Airlines using Avianca LifeMiles last month. I did get the TK PNR No. from Avianca, but could not make seats reservations by calling up TK call centre as they said the contact details are missing in the system. Following the advice I found on this forum, I downloaded the TK app, and I could add both reservations to it. I could add the contact details for the first reservation, but could not do it for the second as the section for the contact details did not appear for the 2nd reservation. I have also tried to get the 2nd passenger to download the TK app on her phone, and still there was no option to add her contact details there.
I can now call up to reserve my seats, but can't do for the second reservation it as they say there's error due to the incomplete contact details. Unfortunately, my friend is insistent on seating at the front row, and I am now stuck on what to do. Has anyone experienced this issue before?
