Interesting! O fares are what Enrich Saver book into and typically aren't searchable on ITA matrix but they currently are - I guess related to them being used in an ongoing promo.
As another data point for this trip. I have KUL>PER in V, range RM2120 to RM3315.
This is 3x what it was back in June (ADL is 4x).
