Yep, I frequent KJ the Chinese place, room charge never shows up for points earning, just like end of last year when they had $50 F&B for 2 nights stay rate, there were 4 places not valid for that neither
That is not strange at all, if you remember when MGM partnered with Hyatt, not all food outlets can be room charge neither
