Caesars status counts for little to nothing in the algorithms that determine your room discount/comp. I remember some years back I would go to Las Vegas for March Madness with a group of friends, one of whom always maintained Total Rewards Diamond. For most of those Vegas trips, I was Platinum or lower and my comp offers were usually a lot better without status than my friend's offers were as a Diamond.

It's not just that lots of gambling makes you look good to Caesars it's that lots of gambling spread over a very small number of days makes you look good to Caesars.
I gamble VERY little at CET and get comp rooms.

My 2024 Win loss is from 12 nights spent at Paris in 2024.

I figured it was my on site spend on room rates, dinners, drinks, gift shops , etc that was getting me free /discounted nights.

I usually get a suite so I pay some $$ towards the room.

I mostly bet sports and rarely does CET have the best lines/odds and I prefer to watch games at Circa or Westgate.
