I only discovered MQD's through Delta Travel recently, would really like to know as well how it works and how to make sure you get the MQD's owed to oneself.
Note that it is not a permanent program. They recently started another promo on Feb 3rd, but you must meet booking and activity windows to get credit. You are perhaps thinking about MQD for Delta Vacations bookings which is permanent.
