Awards that appear before logging in get immediately reduced after doing so, with no acknowledgement. Rooms and rates appear in the results and disappear when selected, then reappear in the results when going back and refreshing, but disappear again when selected. Rooms that go all the way through to payment processing, then they say the award level changed and you must acknowledge the new award (which is the same as it was previously) and when you click to proceed it loops back to the same failure message - but charges your card on every attempt. The booking engine is much improved from 12 months ago, unfortunately. The one and only reason to book via AA Hotels is loyalty points.
