I called yesterday as I hadn't seen my annual fee get reimbursed after I submitted the product change request last week. They said product changes can take several weeks, but they said they would put in an immediate request for the fee refund since my payment was due in a few days. Well, this morning (the very next day), I received the fee refund! If you did a PC and haven't received your fee refund yet, I'd recommend calling in and asking for it to be manually refunded. Otherwise, they may wait til the PC completes which could take weeks.
