Fwiw I think the chicken parm is dogsh*t but I do enjoy the vegetable enchiladas. It’s def got a decent kick to it which stands up to altitude well. Doesn’t look all that good, but imho it’s much tastier than the parm.

Unfortunately for your sweetheart, out of Mexico, there’s only 2 choices and in this case, both are served with copious amounts of mushrooms. While the food will be better than anything else AA serves, if you have a mushroom allergy, on this menu, you’re SOL. Here are pics of both dishes and you can decide if they look too ‘shroomy for you:
