I will be traveling on Asiana in March (SFO-ICN-CAN and back) in coach and was wondering if anyone had any travel tips, etc. According to their website, equipment will be the 777 for the trans-Pacific segment, and then 767-300/ER for the lAsia segment.

Are there any seats to avoid? Seats that are better? Do the seats in coach have power points? Should I bring my own DVD player to watch movies, or is the entertainment selection on baord fairly decent?

There will be two of us traveling together. How full do the flights usually get? Can we book 2 aisle seats in the hopes of getting an empty middle seat? Any tips or tricks to scoring better seats with Asiana?

This is my first time on Asiana, so any help would be appreciated. We are bargain-basement travellers, so I don't mind grovelling or otherwise embarassing myself if it means I get a better experience. Thanks!
