This is how it needs to be fixed, it is a ba ticket which somehow looks to have been reissued in u which isn’t eligible for miles, I can guess what happened but it doesn’t really matter, I think if you send ba your original ticket they should be able to fix the fare code to what you bought at which point aa will have the correct information to credit you, I normally have to go to the ba forum to figure out what is what, that board has a lot of great resources so if this doesn’t work try that forum, most of the answers you are being given here don’t take into account your facts and circumstances….. if ba fixes the fare code and aa doesn’t credit you then resubmit the request to aa
