the older version of the site would always freeze when i tried to allocate seats during the booking flow so always had to skip it.

now the new version does not freeze, but does not recognize status and wants to charge me so always have to skip it.

not that i'd expect them to facilitate a process every other major airline has managed for years in exchange for 40k/per year (after tax) because thats luxury!
