You can check on ExpertFlyer to see if the bassinet rows are reserved or just blocked. If the latter, they can sometimes get released at T-72.
In my case (as I had also enquired about just above), the "X" was removed from blocking seats 30A/K, but I was still unable to reserve them less that T-72 despite being OWE
the system said it would only allow those with an infant in their booking to select those.
