ITA passengers travelling on any of AZ, LH, LX, OS and SN won't have access to Lufthansa Group Lounges until March 30, as per yesterday's announcement:

Until March 30 ITA remains in Terminal D at FRA. If flying before March 30, you should retain access to the Air France Lounge there if flying with ITA; you won't have access to any LH lounge. From March 30 onwards, you should have access to the LH lounges when flying with any of AZ, LH, LX, OS or SN from FRA.
