The menu isn’t that much different to that from January.
Who do they hire to create/come up with the name of dishes? Soy Chicken Satay - what horror is this? Seems BA is having quite some struggle with this satay dish - from the lounge to the plane when it is such a common dish in Singapore/Region.
From the desciption sounds like the peanut sauce that goes with it will not be served - another horror if true....
The way how the fish main was plated seems very pathetic, I am sure even without any graphic guidance, the crew could have be a bit more creative when plating?
