You can check on ExpertFlyer to see if the bassinet rows are reserved or just blocked. If the latter, they can sometimes get released at T-72.

I also wanted to express shock that BA are now selling 31C for £141 . That is a lot to pay for some legroom (and to be kicked every 5 minutes as people squeeze past you!
