The return crew were the complete opposite. Attentive and efficient. I turned down top ups which is by far the better outcome.
At least Lord Flies gluten free was loaded on both flights and contained some protein this time. No lactose however which is common. He tells me there is a crossover between coeliacs and lactose intolerance. Not in his case and I doubt that’s why BA combine the two.
I think that's worth a complaint; I've done one for the bar closing after one round so the IFL can do his paperwork, and I got a voucher in return.

Had similar with a flight back from Seville recently; forgot orders, 'closed' the bar maybe 45 mins out, which seems excessive, and also just poor general attitude.
