I'm planning on booking a flex economy ticket that is upgradable to business currently.

First Q: the flex ticket mentions €200 cancellation fee. It remains the same when selecting 2 passengers. Is the cancellation fee €200 for the whole booking, or is it €200 per passenger.

What happens to the cancellation terms when I upgrade the whole booking to business with miles? Does it remain the same? Any experience?
