If I include on-ground customer service, transit experience, IT, IRROPs, consistency and other aspects that become important when something goes wrong:
QR: 8/10 (good in the air, less so on the ground with CS. Brace yourself if things don’t go according to plan. Lounges are beautiful and transit experience smooth)
EY: 6/10 (definitely the worst of the ME3 onboard, but okayish. Lounge in the new terminal is great, as is the new terminal)
RJ: 4/10 (onboard is lacking. AMM not a great hub. Lounge is okay as stated above, but not even close to the QR and EY standard. It will be cheaper, but there are good reasons why).
