Does Qatar accept JAL codeshares?

I am looking at flights on the JAL domestic website and I see a FDA (Fuji Dream Airlines) codeshare flight. For example, JAL 4406.

Based on the JAL homepage, it says for FDA flights that "Earning Mileage of JAL Mileage Bank - Mileage will be accumulated." - https://www.jal.co.jp/jp/en/dom/route/codeshare/fda/

Would I also earn Qpoints and Avios if I put in my Qatar Privilege Club number when booking? Based on the Qatar My Calculator page, it shows the following but not clear to me since this is a Fuji Dream Airlines flight.
