MUC has three sections on the shuttle train between the two parts of T2 and you cannot move between the three separate parts of the train. That is why there is no "security checks, please wait" when the train turns around and reverses direction at MUC.
AMS generally lets clean non-Schengen arrivals (off the top of my head the origins in this category are SIN (though if the flight started elsewhere, e.g. DPS, and stopped in SIN, it would be unclean), TLV, the UK, Ireland and other EU countries that aren't in Schengen, Canada, and the US) off into the departure area; unclean non-Schengen go to security checks on a separate level.
CDG mostly doesn't segregate clean and unclean non-Schengen arrivals, though about half the gates on the L pier of 2E (the ones on the western side) are connected to a structure that links to the 2F-2E(L) corridor. This is generally only used by AF longhaul flights: even with a six-year-old in town, it was about 15 minutes from stepping off the plane at one of these gates to the 2F lounge.
