Maybe just buy one way tickets? Scoot is a low cost carrier whose business model is not geared towards multi-city itineraries. They price each segment separately anyway. What do you hope to achieve in ticketing all segments together that you cannot do by buying one way tickets?
Exactly this...the likes of Ryanair, easyJet, Jetstar don't even have a multi-city option.
