Currently in the hotel as Ambassador on a Virtuoso booking. A lot of nothing! No upgrade(booked premium high floor), no welcome amenity, amenity fee waived (but with the message that we could not benefit them?), no space to sit in the club lounge in the evenings, no help with our luggage, nobody to open the door or welcome us at arrival, no place to park and unload the car when arriving, no welcome drink (Points posted before we arived). No the IC standaard standard I expect.
