This was also confirmed by Section of Medical Inspection and Guidance, Kinki Regional Bureau, Ministry of Health and Welfare although they did not I would still have to tick the box as having them. I would then fill out the quantity.
Was more wondering what additional time I will need when I tick the box.
Apologies, don't need to look at this too often. But yes, you should be right.
If you want to be certain whether still to tick off that you are carrying it, you should probably talk to the customs office. But as you a bringing an allowed amount, and something that does not require documents, you probably should not.
