You will need to get a special approval from from the Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare to travel with that medication. Needs to be applied for in advance of travelling, once you have the approval the will probably want to see that and the actual medication on arrival, but should be pretty painless.
I do not believe this is accurate as regard to Clobazam and Lorazepam in supply less than 2.4g and 90 mg, respectively.

This was also confirmed by Section of Medical Inspection and Guidance, Kinki Regional Bureau, Ministry of Health and Welfare although they did not I would still have to tick the box as having them. I would then fill out the quantity.
Was more wondering what additional time I will need when I tick the box.
