Correct. In Star Alliance (and United in particular) miles and PQP are awarded by operating carrier, not marketing carrier. This is in stark contrast to DL and most (or all) of SkyTeam.

LH P fares earn 100%. There's a near guarantee that AC P equates to LH P because P is the lowest business fare class on both of those carriers. Calculate the LH segments at 100% of the distance and then divided by 5 (preferred carrier) for PQP calculation.
