I just finished up a few days stay here, but didn't spend much time in the hotel itself. As a globalist I did get an upgrade to a one bedroom suite. The price was decent for a downtown, but I would say I was not a fan of the look and feel. For instance, the floors and ceilings are exposed concrete with very few rugs, it didn't feel like a higher level of hotel. That being said, breakfast in the restaurant was excellent (order from menu) and the staff were outstanding. For a suite, I wish that there was a work chair and desk, but there was not. A coworker said he had a very small desk in his standard room.
We did not have a car, so I can't comment on the valet/parking. Good location in Portland and easy early morning ride share to PDX airport.
