Can anyone give opinions on which is better between the chicken parm or vegetable enchiladas? I'm not a huge fan of the short ribs or salmon, but pick the short ribs over the salmon if those are my only options. I did like the mojo chicken when it was offered. Flying LAS - CLT next week.
I personally like the chicken parm too... The texture is like reheated chicken parm, since it steams to a degree in reheating, but they try to minimize that a little in the way they plate it and by giving it a more bodied coating, but there's only so much they can do since it IS literally a reheated chicken parm. The times I've had it the flavor has been good at least, even the times that the texture of the breading has been softer. People who are more sensitive to textures probably have more of an issue with it than I do, though.
