Qatar 10/10
Etihad 8/10
Royal Jordanian 6/10

The above said, the RJ lounge is decent comparing it to US standards. It's modern and comfortable, good seating but RJ generally, in the air and on the ground, have no professional polish whatsoever. Boarding is a shambolic stampede.
