Thanks! So had some earlier time changes and had the notice in app that was elegible for one-time change. Called for better routing (through either one or several schedule changes, outbound changed by 56 min from original). Was really looking to change return. No dice, even with a supervisor. She quoted a two hour rule, and that there was a "glitch" that showed me the option to rebook due to the prior schedule change. Very annoying. I'm planning to call back, but wanted to confirm this was still an option for me.
