No, because the advertising explicitly says "Alaska Lounge passes". Passes are not a membership.

You can do this today for 2025 earning status by picking Lounge+ as an MVPG100k Choice benefit, and spending on the card and on partners now counts for EQM (in theory you need never fly an AS flight and can do it all via spend on card + partners- card earn on the standard AS Visa is capped, doesn't say partner spend is capped). Request granted!

(It would not be a shock that EQM earn might be better on a premium card and the amount of EQM you are capped at is higher, because duh, more money and engagement with AS.)
