Thanks. But are they “automatic”? Ie if you’re removed from a flight in such circumstances BA just emails you with a ban. Or is there some kind of investigation with a right to submit mitigation and your side of the story etc?
Not sure about BA but on another UK carrier I know of someone who received a lifetime ban and this was communicated by email a few days after the flight. There was no right to submit evidence or mitigation and the decision was final.
