I wonder why official Extime says they can't do it, while apparently they can.
I've tried a few different providers already, as mentioned in this thread (Extime, Chabe, AF's Concierge, Travibble, and Paris Graff). Up until last year they were, minus AF's Concierge, providing a consistent experience of skipping the lines at immigration and security, i.e. skipping even the SP queues. But this has been inconsistent in the last months. In theory, AF's concierge should be skipping those lines, and that has indeed been my experience. But, out of the last six experiences with them, they have not showed up twice and have not communicated anything about issues. Personally, I would've really liked AF's concierge services to work well, but their unreliability and pricing makes them an option I am not sure I want to put my faith in again. Also, while AF's concierge service is an an official ancillary that you can even buy via the booking management, it's quite unfortunate that unlike other paid ancillaries it does not qualify for extra miles either. That makes even less attractive at the current price, and lack of reliability.
So I've been looking for alternatives for a bit now, because I personally tend to use short connections to minimize my time in the airport and also to have good assistance for my parents when they travel.
richarddd had managed to find another provider recently, and I decided to give their services a try this past weekend. Things went as I would normally expect; skipped the SP lines at immigration and security. In all, from 2E to lounge in 2F was under 20 mins during the morning rush hour. It was a good experience, and definitely adds another option for a meet and greet at CDG. The company is Swift VIP Services, and feel free to ask me more questions about the experience if anyone wants to know. I'll also be using their services over some upcoming trips in the next few weeks, so I'll come back and report here how that goes in terms of reliability and experience.
That said, I see that
Alikani has posted in this thread already, and has been flagged for a commercial post against the rules of this forum. I think this is the account of the person running Swift, since I coordinated my service with a person bearing the same name, but I'm writing this here to just add to the knowledge base about experiences with concierge services at CDG and not as a commercial for him.
