Not with BR, but have done this sort of correspondance before and wouldn't recommend buying/locking yourself to a specific train until you get there. When I did it, contrôles passeports took quite awhile (30mn) and the MRT was very crowded, so it's hard to estimate how long it'll take from arrival of plane to actually getting to the HSR.
