I cannot speak for your exact situation but I did get access on an AF business class ticket, so the Skyteam page for sure is inaccurate. The lounge itself is dreadful though, few/poor offerings and overcrowded since seemingly every airline uses it and on top of that they also sell access. Only been there once but would personally not bother visiting it again.
