Officially, the word is that everyone subcontracts to Extime. But there are other agencies as well. They all subcontract to the same pool of agents, it seems, but there are several contractors. AF's Conciergerie, for example, as far as I have understood based on my conversations with AF, are not AF's own staff and the service is managed/delivered by a sub-contractor. Similarly, Chabe, Travibble, and a host of others are doing this too.
