Yes, surprisingly so.

I only got back from my final ITA status run yesterday. I had dithered about pushing it further into Feb, but I am so happy now that I didn't!

I genuinely thought there would be a notice period. This really sucks for all those people who were doing XP runs on ITA in the first quarter.
