You phoned at 1 o'clock in the morning. Do you really expect an instant answer? They only have about 20 people working at that time of the day in Glasgow and, contrary to what you might think, everyone in the call centre answers blue/silver/gold and prem calls, depending on what the call centre phone system gives them.

If everybody is on a call, do you expect them to just hang up to deal with you?
